Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At EduEmblem Services LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality, made-to-order and customized products that meet your expectations. Because many of our products are printed or produced on demand, returns and refunds are handled under a specific process to ensure fairness, quality control, and transparency.

This policy outlines the procedure for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for all products and services offered through our platform.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only within the same day of placing an order, provided the order has not entered the production or dispatch stage.

  • Once printing, customization, or shipment has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@eduemblem.com with the order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • EduEmblem reserves the right to deny cancellation for digital, perishable, or fully customized goods.


4. Returns for Print-on-Demand & Custom Products

Since print-on-demand (POD) and personalized products are made specifically for you, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  1. The product received is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  2. The product received is different from what was ordered.

  3. The shipment is undelivered or returned to origin (RTO) due to courier or address issues.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

If a courier company is unable to deliver and the status shows “Undelivered” or “Return to Origin,” the order will be sent back to our designated warehouse:

Common reasons for RTO include incomplete address, unreachable customer, refused delivery, or unserviceable pin code.


5. Return Request Procedure

  1. Customer Initiates Return – Email support@eduemblem.com within 7 days of delivery with photos / videos showing the issue.

  2. Verification – Our team will review your claim and verify defects or wrong shipments.

  3. Approval – If approved, we’ll create a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.

  4. Inspection & Processing – Once the returned item reaches our facility and passes inspection, a replacement or refund is initiated.

Note:

  • Unboxing videos and images of the original packaging are mandatory for defective-product claims.

  • Returns requested after 7 days or without adequate proof may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized / personalized products once printed.

  • Digital downloads, software licenses, or e-services.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing / handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Size-related exchanges where the correct size was shipped.


7. Replacements

If a replacement is approved:

  • A new product will be re-printed and shipped to the same address at no extra cost if the error was on EduEmblem’s part.

  • If the replacement is requested due to wrong size or change of preference, the customer must place a new paid order.

Replaced items are shipped within 7–10 business days after approval.


8. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under these conditions:

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method (source refund) as per Razorpay payment gateway policy. We do not issue cash or alternate refunds.


9. Refund Mechanism (via Razorpay)

  • Normal Refunds: Processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Instant Refunds: Credited almost immediately (if eligible).

  • Batch Refunds: For multiple transactions, processed within 24 hours of approval.

  • Refunds may occasionally fail due to bank or UPI-related issues; in such cases, Razorpay automatically retries or re-routes within 2–3 business days.

  • Refund acknowledgments include ARN / UTR numbers as proof of completion.


10. Storage & Reshipment of Returned Orders

  • Returned POD products are stored safely for up to 100 days from the date of return.

  • Within this period, you can choose to:

    • Re-ship the order to the same or a new address, or

    • Re-ship it to your own address for quality inspection.

  • After 100 days, unclaimed returns are automatically discarded without refund.


11. Handling Damaged or Lost Items

  • Requests for damaged or misprinted items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting media.

  • If a product is lost during shipping, a replacement or refund is issued once the courier confirms the loss.

  • For packages appearing damaged at delivery, note the issue in courier remarks before accepting delivery to support your claim.


12. Size & Color Disclaimer

  • Measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches for apparel is standard and not eligible for refund.

  • Slight color variations may occur due to display differences or digital printing processes and do not qualify as defects.


13. Refund Timeline & Mode

Once approved, refunds are processed within 6–8 business days to your original payment source (credit card, UPI, wallet, or bank account).
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
